Real. Strong. Women.
Our mission is fostering an environment where Real Strong Women can grow through leadership roles, friendship, service, and more. We empower women to be strong, confident, and 100% themselves. We use the slogan “Real Strong Women” to promote this idea and inspire women to allow themselves this opportunity to grow. Our dedication to our philanthropy, service, and academics encourages this path of Real Strong Women development.
“Being a real strong woman means finding empowerment in my vulnerability. It means uplifting those around me and encouraging my sisters to do hard things, because we are capable of anything we set our minds to. It means asking for help when you need it. It means striving each day to grow and find beauty in the difficult times. But most of all, it means showing up unapologetically every day as your most authentic self.” -Avi Palaoro, VP DEI
The Epsilon Nu Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega works closely with the Women’s and Children’s Alliance (WCA), a nonprofit organization that offers support and resources for individuals affected by domestic abuse and sexual assault. As the WCA is based in Boise, ID, this unique experience allows us to see the impact of our service work on our immediate community, making it even more rewarding for every member.
Our Philanthropy
From formals, football tailgates, big little, fundraisers, sisterhoods, socials, and content days, we have it all. We value sisterhood and making the most out of our Alpha Chi Omega experience in the short but amazing time we have together.
Our Events
Alpha Chi Omega has five core values. One being leadership. There are many opportunities to get involved within the sorority ranging from being on a committee, holding a chair position, being an assistant, or holding an executive position on our board. The board works together to make sure all the positions are reaching their potential and work very hard to make sure that the sorority is the best that it can be.
Our Leadership
“Being in Alpha Chi makes me feel loved and welcomed, it gives me a sense of belonging and a place to be myself.”
— Hannah Wallis (New Member Educator 2023)
